Osteria is an all inclusive wedding venue. What does this mean? It means, we have two transparent packages that are straightforward to understand. Our essentials package includes all the essentials you need at the venue. Ceremony and reception hire, ceremony chairs, arbour, reception space, dining tables and chairs, cutlery, plates, napkins, glasses etc. And then a Deluxe Package that layers in the details that make a real difference, warm fairy light wall draping, statement light-up letters, a champagne tower, a photobooth, and two get ready spaces. So we don’t hook you in with a venue hire fee and then hit you with 20 other add-ons later. We commit upfront what the investment will be, so there’s no surprises. It’s a common misconception that DIY wedding venues are cheaper, but by the time you add all the bits and pieces necessary for your day, the costs for all inclusive is comparative, and a lot less stressful to organise!

4. From Pre Wedding Prep to Party
From the very start of the day when you’re getting ready with your crew, until you’re peeling yourself away from the dancefloor, you don’t need to leave Osteria. We have everything you need onsite. A Bridal Suite with all the facilities your hair and make up suppliers need, a Groom Room for some darts and a cheeky pre ceremony whiskey, a private garden for your ceremony, on site photo location including our white barn doors, bougainvillea archway and cactus garden. Plus, our beautiful fairy light lit Refinery for your reception. A wedding venue that has it all. Less travel between locations means you have more time to spend with your loved ones and enjoy the party and save money on fancy transport.
5. Multiple Cuisines on Offer
We understand every couple is different and every couple has different tastes, so being able to offer multiple wedding menu options is something that’s extremely important to us. And luckily we have the wealth of experience from the hospitality professionals who created renowned restaurants like Taverna (Greek inspired menu), Osteria Casuarina (authentic Italian eatery) and Lola’s Mexican Cantina (modern Mexican restaurant) to ensure that our menus satisfy even the most fussy foodies. You can choose from the Mediterranean inspired, authentic Italian or fresh and punchy Mexican.
6. Rainy Day Backup Option
Weddings can be planned down to the minute with every detail considered. But planning the weather, is unfortunately not something in your control. This being the case, it’s important that your wedding has a wet weather back up option just in case. Thankfully, Osteria Weddings can easily transfer your ceremony inside the Refinery with a moments notice. The indoor ceremony is set up just inside the reception space. The curtains are let down so your reception set up remains a surprise for your guests until the big reveal.
7. Your Kids are Taken Care Of
Weddings and kids can be a tricky one to navigate. You may want some kids involved in your ceremony but when it comes to the party, you want your guests to be able to relax and have fun without having to manage behaviour, complaints and possible tantrums from little ones. Kakes & Biscuits are the perfect solution for this dilemma and we’re so lucky to have them on site at our venue. The professional team at Kakes & Biscuits will look after and entertain the kids with craft, art and creative activities until the grandparents and babysitters have enjoyed the reception formalities.
