The PLB Group (our parent company) are a family run company who are always savouring that perfect last bite (hence the company name – PLB!)

Before the wedding venues became the primary focus, the team created several successful restaurants, from the iconic Osteria Italian restaurant in Casuarina, Taverna Kingscliff and Bombay Cricketers Club. If you’re familiar with these Tweed Coast restaurants, you would understand the quality and high standards PLB Group impose on themselves when it comes to not only food, but the entire dining experience. And they continue to do so through our next door neighbour, Lolita’s Mexican Cantina.

The mastermind chef, Food Director and co-owner behind the hospitality group, Lia Mason, created our wedding menus enlisting the extensive experience from renowned celebrity chef Matt Kemp, with a primary focus on fresh, local produce with simple but amazing flavours. With three cuisines on offer (Italian, Mediterranean and Mexican) our wedding menus are designed to share – with a strong focus on good food and wine, local produce and next level professional service.
