Delivered by the creators behind some of the Tweed Coast’s most celebrated restaurants: including Spice Den and Taverna, our wedding menus are built around one philosophy: quality ingredients, prepared well, served in a way that brings people together. Every dish is designed to be shared, because the best wedding receptions feel less like a formal dinner and more like a long, generous table of people who are genuinely happy to be there.
Our menus cover every format and every moment of your day. Start with arrival canapés or an Italian grazing platter as guests find their feet. Move into your main dining style, choose from our crowd-favourite shared banquet, a refined alternate plate service, or substantial canapés for a more cocktail-style flow. Seafood lovers can add our live chef Raw Bar experience, and when the speeches wrap and the dancing starts, our late-night feasting options keep the energy going until curfew.
